?When the sacral chakra is blocked, or unopened, you might feel like you have lost control over your life, like you’re not the one driving the vessel anymore.
?The sacral chakra is directly connected to the root chakra, which is associated to a more feminine ~ nurturing energy.
?In order to nurture others, you must first be able to nurture yourself therefore, it’s crucial to nurture yourself in order to be in healthy relationships with othera.
A blocked sacral chakra might make you feel:
?Unworthy or unable to cope with change
?future can seem very stressful and frightening
?dealing with the past can make you think you have something to regret
?general insecurities
?lacking self-esteem
?you may be stuck in an unhealthy and abusive relationships
?lack of libido and sex drive.
?addictive behavior, feel drawn to alcohol, drugs, gambling or are dealing with eating disorders
?You have the power to create and to transmute sexual energy into anything you wish to accomplish, such as dreams, goals, projects, etc.
