For over 25 years, I’ve been sharing my wisdom and experience as a Yoga & Fitness Teacher, Intuitive Life & Business Coach, and Spiritual Guide.
I grew up thinking female business owners were the norm, with my grandmother and mother owning hair salons in upstate New York… I was the coffee runner, the foil folder, and the hair sweeper for many of my childhood years…
I watched my mom and grandmother working extremely hard to make women feel beautiful outside and inside through confidence and conversation.
I learned the value of actively listening and holding space for people to be brutally honest and share deep, dark secrets, which can be healing when there is safety.
My life work has been similar to how I have been raised – empowering women to feel good and confident, dream bigger, and create more for their future in relationships, money, career, and confidence to make moves.
Every course and offering I create is born from my journey of healing and growth. I’ve walked the path, faced the challenges, and discovered the strategies and practices that have led me to where I am today. My mission is simple: I dive in, uncover the best strategy and healing techniques, and then share them with you to evolve, grow, and expand.

With 25 years as a business owner operating in 5 countries on four continents, I’ve honed a 99% online business model over nearly six years. I am a homebody, working as a global healer and mentor no matter where I live. My choice not to have children this time around has allowed me to view my business as more than a baby; it’s a Queen reigning over my purpose. My business is my life purpose, bringing me more joy than I imagined.
My work is rooted in service, a spiritual practice of serving with clarity, strength, power, and unwavering integrity. I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner power, wealth, and creativity. My ultimate legacy dream is to establish a women’s Rape Healing Center, a haven where survivors can heal and learn to love themselves. The thought of it makes my heart race. I can vividly envision it and feel its presence, and it has breathed new life and energy into me and my business, aligning perfectly with my connection to spirit. I trust my vision and am thrilled to share more details as it unfolds.
