I sold my Yoga/Barre studio based on Intuition.
I remember having dreams and visions about my studio empty and an inner knowing that this was ending. It made zero sense, and I stayed with the discomfort of the message repeatedly getting more intense – so I followed it.
It was illogical, and a whole body knowing… I attached it to other things like wanting to start my mentorship business, family illness, etc., which were also true; however, my intuition was telling me it was done.
It was a tough transition for a year – I questioned myself and wondered if I made the wrong choice based on intuitive hits.
Then Covid it…
Then it made sense – it wasn’t a personal thing, it was global…
Tapping into your feminine marketing strategy always starts with intuition—connecting to that gut feeling or listening to your heart.
And sometimes, it makes no sense at all, but the inner knowing is Deep.
Connecting with your intuition:
Start by slowing down through meditation or a mindful walk, allowing yourself to connect with your breath and body.
Pay attention to how emotions manifest in your body—where tension builds up.
As you identify areas of tension, engage in practices like breathwork or yoga to release and loosen those spaces.
Connect with your body during challenging conversations or tasks. Understand your reactions, and when discomfort arises, ask your body: “What are you trying to teach me?” Listen to that quiet voice—your gut/heart—over the chatter of the loud, wordy brain.
Feeling into your body and heart when big opportunities arise, change is on the horizon, or when you are stuck and can’t “think” of what to do.
The key is to follow through. Sometimes, you have to go against it so often and think, “I knew it,” to begin to tune in and listen to your gut/heart for guidance and make decisions.
