Easy 5 Step 5 Minute Meditation

  1. 1. Find a quiet spot to sit comfortably, spine straight (you can sit on a pillow to elevate your hips or lay down if you are too uncomfortable)2. Set an alarm for 5 min 
  2. 3. Close your eyes and begin to follow your breath in and out of your body without trying to control it – just watch your breath as it comes in expanding and following it on the way out. 
  3. 4. Allow your thoughts to come and let them go. Don’t try to stop your mind – just observe whatever is coming up for you and Choose to let it go. 
  4. 5. Breath into tight or sticky areas of your physical body imaging the breath knows where to go to healing and creating 
  5. space. 
  6. When the timer goes off gently make your way back into your day ☁️ ?⌛️
