ADDICTED!!! I took my first barre class over 2 years ago at Infusion and I’ve been hooked ever since. Its the perfect intensity and one of the only workouts I’ve noticed a difference in my body after a short period of time. Im done in an hour and I feel like Ive given myself a full body workout. I have gotten better with form but It has continued to challenge me. Not only is it fun, friendly, inviting and clean, the owner Trish and her teachers are all so amazing and each bring a unique style but still offer a consistency that I appreciate.
