- 1. Find a quiet spot to sit comfortably, spine straight (you can sit on a pillow to elevate your hips or lay down if you are too uncomfortable)2. Set an alarm for 5 min
- 3. Close your eyes and begin to follow your breath in and out of your body without trying to control it – just watch your breath as it comes in expanding and following it on the way out.
- 4. Allow your thoughts to come and let them go. Don’t try to stop your mind – just observe whatever is coming up for you and Choose to let it go.
- 5. Breath into tight or sticky areas of your physical body imaging the breath knows where to go to healing and creating
- space.
- When the timer goes off gently make your way back into your day ☁️ ?⌛️
