It can feel like a painful summons that you would swap anything for relief and peace.
But…
What if your life curriculum was peppered with these stuck, painful, confusing moments to lead you deeper into your heart knowing?
Pain and discomfort are among our most significant teachers and healers to tune inwards, especially in an overstimulated world.

There are great books, podcasts, tips, and tools to “get unstuck”; however, information is not the problem.

If the stickiness and discomfort- in any way physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, or otherwise is genuinely a matter of the heart – then we must learn paths connect with our spirit to heal and listen – instead of external information.
YOU CAN’T THINK YOUR WAY OUT OF BEING STUCK.. it will be required ♥️listening and doing… and it can be beautiful.
We will never break our hearts once we genuinely ask what our soul needs and hear an answer.
