Trauma healing is the direct pathway to empowerment and agency.
When we approach ourselves and our experiences with kindness and understanding, we create a safe space for healing.
Compassion allows us to embrace the parts of ourselves that have been wounded and to work towards integrating those parts back into our sense of self.
Similarly, reclaiming our sense of sovereignty is an essential aspect of trauma healing.
Trauma can leave us feeling disempowered and disconnected from our own agency.
By working to rebuild our sense of sovereignty, we can regain a sense of control over our lives and our choices.
This is an essential step towards finding a sense of freedom and empowerment, not just for ourselves but for those around us.
By embracing our sovereignty, we can better extend compassion and understanding to others.
Self-healing is never only about us.
It’s about community, about being self-aware and connected to the environment and our community.
